Your eyes are darting around the room going from face to face and you start to feel a deep pressure on your chest, your breathing begins to fluctuate and your body fires up with a cold sweat. Within seconds you’ve realised that you’re starting to panic which worsens the symptoms, you’re over analysing the situation; “Why am I panicking? What is there to panic about? This is stupid, why can’t I stop? I’m so embarrassed! Why is everyone looking at me?! I need to get out!”
