You may have noticed a few changes around here….

Some have noticed PTWithFranky appearing on my socials, well this is why…

In August 2017 I will be embarking on a new journey and I will be starting a course which will provide me with the training, knowledge and qualifications to become a certified Personal Trainer.

The course will be provided by Premier Global NASM, they are the leading educators of fitness professionals in the UK and have been established for over 25 years.

Personal Training (PT) with Franky will be my new focus, I will be active on this blog, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter! Links to all my socials are in the right hand panel but I’ve also listed them below.

I am currently working on the official Facebook page for you lovelies and it will be going live Sept/Oct 2017!! All sorts of mad content will be uploaded; workouts, client progress, advice and fun times will be posted regularly along with full details of what I can offer and where I will be based.

Thank you to everyone who reads my blog and follows me around the internet, so much more is coming this way and I’m so excited to share it!!
